Old Buildings LLC is on a mission to preserve and celebrate Fayetteville’s unique charm by revitalizing old buildings, so these sites can once again benefit our amazing community. We own and manage several commercial and residential properties in town - The Leroy Lounge, The Dickson, The Monterey, Modern1540 Apartments, and a portion of the former historic St. Joseph Church, just to name a few.

We are a small, tight-knit team that’s big on having a positive impact. Fayetteville is our home, and we are proud to play an active role in its growth and development.
