Smyth Crossing: Coming Fall 2025
Ideally positioned near East Fayetteville’s Crossover area, this former farm land was once home to Irish immigrant Peter Smyth, who dreamed of building a good life for his family and future generations. Peter built a humble stone house in the 1880’s that still stands today - a testament of his workmanship, strength, and determination to care for those he loved.
What started as a simple plan to preserve the historic home has evolved into something much more: revitalizing Peter’s noble dream by developing the land into one of Fayetteville’s most desirable new places to call home.
After years of careful planning, collaborating and countless meetings, we are proud to say Smyth Crossing Neighborhood is the latest in our mission of building a good life for the Fayetteville community that will serve today’s families and families of generations yet to come.
